Yes you can use your Xbox guitar A wired xbox 360 Xplorer controler is the best guitar to use and will work with a connected usb break away cable. The process is a little complicated but not too bad if you follow the video closely. Search "Plumatos drive" on this subreddit or I think there are links to his drive in the discription of the vid I linked He has a Google Drive that has all the files you will need.
